Telephone and face-to-face appointments can be booked weekdays between 8am and 6pm excluding weekends and bank/local holidays.  You can book an appointment up to 4 weeks in advance. If you are unwell and feel you need to be seen the same day then please try to ring before 10am.

If you feel you need a home visit please try and ring before 10am. The doctors may ring you before visiting to help plan their rounds.

NHS 111

In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you can call NHS 111 to speak to a triage nurse. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

Local Walk-In Centre

Malton Urgent Care Centre is open to walk-ins from 9.00am to 8.00pm seven days a week 365 days a year.  Between 8.00pm and 9.00am you must call NHS 111 to make an appointment.  Click here for more information.
